The machine integrates grinding, polishing compound circulation, cleaning, drying and protective film lamination processes. Working Process
Grinding Section
The stainless steel sheet is first processed by grinding wheels or abrasive tools to improve surface flatness and roughness.

Polishing Section
Polishing compound is continuously supplied to the sheet surface. High-speed buffing wheels polish the surface until a mirror-like finish is achieved.

Compound Recycling System
