Product Overview:

This product is based on phosphate esters as the main raw material, with added antioxidants, anti-hydrolysis agents, and anti-corrosion additives. It has a high ignition temperature (545℃), excellent corrosion resistance, and good antioxidant properties. It can effectively prevent the decomposition of phosphate esters caused by water contamination.

Scope of Application:

This product is suitable for hydraulic systems that require flame-resistant properties, such as hydraulic systems with high fire hazards in power hydraulic control systems. In case of leaks, ruptured oil lines, or other reasons, the hydraulic oil may come into contact with heated surfaces during processing and pose a risk. This product can prevent such risks from occurring.

Precautions:

This product should not be mixed with water-glycol or emulsified hydraulic systems. It may also have a certain impact on seals made of chloroprene rubber. However, it is suitable for use in places where silicone-based, polytetrafluoroethylene, and fluororubber sealing materials are used.
