I. Equipment Overview
Photoelectric material production, processing, and cleaning; LCD liquid crystal displays, PDP plasma displays, high-quality lamp cathodes, the microelectronics industry, FPC/PCB circuit boards, and large-scale and ultra-large-scale integrated circuits all require substantial amounts of high-purity water and ultra-pure water to clean semi-finished and finished products. The higher the integration level of integrated circuits, the more stringent the requirements for water quality. This also imposes stricter demands on the simplicity, automation level, production continuity, and sustainability of ultra-pure water treatment processes and equipment.


II. Process Flow
Raw Water → Booster Pump → Multi-Media Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Water Softener → Cartridge Filter → 1st Stage RO → pH Adjustment → Intermediate Tank → 2nd Stage RO → Purified Water Tank → EDI System → Ultra-Pure Water Tank → Polishing Unit → Point of Use
