Key Features:
Uncoiler Hydraulic or manual expansion, capacity 325 tons, suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized coils.
Straightener / Leveler Ensures flat, stress-free material for accurate forming.
Punching Unit Hydraulic or servo-driven. Precision hole punching, notching, and slotting before forming.
Roll Forming Station Multi-pass roller design. Rolls made from Cr12MoV, hardened for long life. Customized to your exact profile cross-section.
Cut-to-Length System Servo cut-off or flying shear. High accuracy ±0.5mm, synchronized with line speed.

Semi-Automatic Version:

Manual coil loading, basic control panel, operator-assisted punching and cutting. Ideal for small batch production and lower budgets.

Fully Automatic Version:

Auto coil loading (coil car), PLC/HMI control, servo-driven feeder and punching, automatic cut-off, and optional stacking system. Suitable for high-volume, 24/7 production.
