1) The main axis holes manufactured with high precision Swiss-made digital process center. ( Insuring machines’ high precision)

2) Parallel degree of main shaft of the die rolls: 0.01mm. ( insuring high finished product rate)

3) All import quality bearings. (Decreasing machine abrasion and extending its life)

4) Dosage fill tolerance: ≤±1.5%.(insuring precise capsule load)

5) All gears and the main shaft manufactured with the quality steel( CrWuMn,StCu and 40Cr).(Extending machine durability)

New column direct injection wedge. (More fit for encapsulating stick raw material)

6) Lubricating Oil Saving System: Saving lubricating oil consuming as well as insuring gelatin ribbon’s lubrication.

7) Tumble Dryer: Two tumbles with two drying fans.

8) Liquid Cooling System: Refrigeration temperature controlled automatically.

9) Electrical Control System: German Siemens PLC control system with touch screen. Control center of all machines.

10) Mould: one die roll box: two die rolls, one injection wedge, one distributor, one alterable gear, one seal mat.

The shape and loading number are ordered by customer.

11) Ground Gelatin Melting and Feeding Tank System: Mixing with vacuum. Automatic control temperature.Stainless steel 316L for contact parts, 304 for other parts.

12) Final Drying system: Tray Vehicles(30 trays per vehicle)

The main machine is the center of the production line, which function is to simultaneously finish the preparation of the gelatin of ribbon, quantitative feeding of the content (liquid or stickly materials), and packing to form the capsules.
