钕铁硼磁铁是稀土永磁材料中性能表现最为突出的磁体，它是由金属钕、铁、硼和其它微量元素构成并通过粉末冶金工艺制作而成的合金磁体。钕铁硼磁铁具有高剩磁、高矫顽力、极高磁能积以及良好的机械加工特性，因此钕铁硼磁铁被称为磁王。 钕铁硼磁铁表面搞氧化和抗腐蚀能力较弱，所以通常需要对其表面作电镀处理，目前美信磁业有镍铜镍、锌、环氧、磷化、化学镍、金等电镀种类供客户选择，所有镀层均符合ROHS标准要求。
