A PE Coated Paper Cup Blank is a flat, sector-shaped paper sheet made from food-grade base paper (cupstock) that has been coated with a layer of Polyethylene (PE). Waterproof, oil proof, resist high temperature, clear and bright printing.

• Single PE Coated (1 Side):
Single Side PE Coated Paper Cup Fan
o Structure: PE coating on the inside, raw paper on the outside.
o Best For: Cold Drink Cups (Soda, Iced Tea), Ice Cream Cups, Food Trays.
o Reason: Cold drinks don't make the paper soggy quickly. The raw paper surface is better for printing adhesion.

Double PE Coated (2 Sides):
Double Side PE Coated Paper Cup Fan
o Structure: PE coating on BOTH the inside and the outside.
o Best For: Hot Drink Cups (Coffee, Tea), Soup Cups.
o Reason: Hot liquids cause rapid saturation. The outer PE layer keeps the outside of the cup dry and rigid, preventing burns and collapse.

The Production Process of the Single Side PE Coated Paper Cup Fan (From Roll to Cup fan)
1. Base Paper: Start with high-quality base paper，APP, IP SUN, SYMBOL, FIVE STAR etc.
2. Extrusion Coating: Apply PE or PLA coating to one or both sides.
3. Printing: Print the design and logo onto the pe coated paper roll (flexo printing).
4. Die-Cutting: Use a rotary die-cutter to cut the printed pe coated paper into the specific single side PE coated paper cup fan shape.
5. Stacking & Packing: The paper cup fans are stacked into bundles (e.g., 500 pcs/bundle) and boxed.
