API 600 WCB Cast Steel Flanged Gate Valve is designed for reliable on-off isolation in oil, gas, water, steam and general industrial pipeline systems.

The valve features a cast steel body, bolted bonnet, wedge gate, OS&Y rising stem and flanged RF or RTJ end connections. The rising stem provides clear visual indication of the valve position, while the straight-through flow passage helps reduce flow resistance when the valve is fully open.

Main specifications include API 600 and ASME B16.34 design standards, ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions, API 598 inspection and testing, sizes from 2 to 48 inches, and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500.

Handwheel, gearbox and customized operation options are available according to project requirements. The valve is suitable for petroleum, petrochemical, power generation, water treatment and other industrial applications.
